Shipping | Delivery

We can happily ship orders to virtually any address in USA and Canada.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping rates for items sold are based on the weight and subtotal of your order. To reflect the policies of the shipping company we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

Domestic Shipments (within the USA)

All orders will ship either via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Light-weight and small packages usually are shipped using USPS and deliveries consisted of large quantities are shipped with UPS. Please provide us with a complete and accurate street address to ensure delivery.

 

Most orders placed by 2:00 PM EST for items "in stock" will ship the same day. However, order processing times may take 1-2 business days. Standard USPS shipping times can take approximately 1-5 business days to U.S. domestic destinations from our NYC shipping department. Domestic delivery times to west coast locations range from 2-5 business days.

 

Please Note: Saturday, Sunday, and holidays do not count as business days. If your package is shipped on a Friday, you may receive it on Tuesday if 2nd Day Air service is selected.

At this time, we only ship to the continental United States, AK, HI, PR and U.S. territories (including APO and FPO addresses), along with Canada. 

Express Shipping is available for an additional charge and will be calculated based on the total weight & price of the order.

 

Shipments to Canada

Most orders placed by 2:00 PM EST for items "in stock" will ship the same day. However, order processing times may take 1-2 business days. USPS International shipping times can take approximately 6-10 business days to destinations in Canada. 

 

Free Shipping (Promotional)

Certain items do qualify for free shipping ONLY if you have obtained a valid discount promo code from DIGITS® and apply it to your order at checkout. Items that do not qualify for free shipping will be clearly indicated as such within the promotion's Terms & Conditions. DIGITS® reserves the right to cancel any offer at any time. Usually, these offers apply to standard ground shipping only. Expedited shipping such as 2nd Day Air is not included in any offer.
